A great place to eat for lunch. The prices are a little high, but the food is great! They just put in new benches that are actually cushioned.

Food is Great! Much better than the wait...but its worth it uf you have time. Highly reccommend calling in your order about 15 mins out.

I just like the original, medium fills me up. Great working lunch kind of place. They added Cinabun, not really sure why but it's there too. Nice staff and clean restaurant.

Love the turkey bacon club. Great food and good customer service. Just got shaded by Burger King, so it's good to have better alternatives in such close vicinity

I came in 40 min prior to closing time. All the chairs had been put up on the tables and the dining area already mopped for the night. I stood at the register reading the menu for 5 min watching a worker sweep the floor. Not once was my presence acknowledged even though a chime rang as I walked in the door. I wanted to try your food for the first time but didnt bother wasting another minute. Your workers are rude and dont care. I will never return as well as I will spread my experience to other people I know. Rude and pathetic!

The food was excellent. Seating was limited due to the time of day we were there. We were one of the last four groups in, but our food was fresh and delicious!

Wonderful place to eat. The tastes good. However, attention to detail is lacking among the staff. The last three times My family and I visited this location our order was wrong. I want to commend this place on their friendliness, cleanliness, and overall experience.

The owner's wife comes in every day to make the sandwich bread fresh, it really shows, it's the best sandwich place in town

Good schlotzskys sandwiches! Update: I ordered a roast beef sandwich with no mayo. I am allergic to corn and mayo usually has it in it. I didn't check the sandwich and I ate some. I brought it to the store's attention. I didn't want anything in return. They refunded my money and gave me another sandwich even though I told them I didn't need another sandwich. Customer service is so atypical nowadays that I will forever be a customer of this schlotzskys. Mistakes happen but at least here, they don't assume their customers are conniving thieves.

Confusing set up inside, not like the usual Schlotski's restaurants. But if the sandwiches are just as tasty as ever, who cares! Their sandwiches are my favorite!

Good quality and tasty deli style sandwiches, though portions are a bit small for the price.

The lady was nice, but the food was dry. The cinnamon rolls were hard and chewy. I asked for an exchange and she said they were all the same and dismissed my concerns.

Usually it's great here, but today was the worst!!! Ordered my usual Albuquerque turkey on jalapeño bread. The bread was so hard I couldn't bite through it an when I took it back they were out of jalapeño bread an tried to give me sour dough. When I said that's not what I wanted an ask for my money back they acted like it was my fault !!! No we're sorry or anything, just a bad attitude!! I will never eat here again!!

Poor customer service. Extremely slow even when you're the only customer in the store. I pay for a sandwich and realize I was overcharged. When I ask why I'm told by the lady at the register that they haven't updated their prices on the menu. They did not compensate this mistake and you will most likely not pay what price is listed so prepare to pay a decent amount more than expected. This could be considered by some to be FALSE ADVERTISING!! On top of all of this, I get home and guess what, yeah, they completely screwed my order up. So moral of the story, don't trust this shady location. They are not honest or upfront about their real prices and are careless when it comes to order precision and customer service.

I love Schlotzskys but this location for whatever reason, always has subpar service and food. We ordered two gluten free sandwiches and both buns were burnt to a crisp. One of the sandwiches was frozen on the bottom and it was supposed to be a ham and cheese sandwich but it was a roast beef sandwich. We let them know what we got and they redid the sandwiches but brought out a roast beef sandwich again. Lol im not quite sure how ham sounds like beef, but they had to redo it a 3rd time. It was more of a hassle than it was worth.

Probably not returning to this location. Rude staff ruined any hope of enjoying my sandwich. You should work on that considering you’re a franchise.

For over 3.5 yrs I've been coming here 3-4x per week. I'm a big believer in customer appreciation when I frequent the same place so often, and the owner/manager definitely realize how often I come in. So after getting food poisoning here from a salad, I kindly out of courtesy let the franchise owner know what happened. I received absolutely no apology, no empathy, nothing. The 2 other Schlotzskys in town are run by a different owner and they do a better job with food and overall business anyway, so they'll be getting my money from now on.

Food seemed fine. However, we showed up 15 minutes before close, and the staff treated us poorly because it was close to their closing time. We apologized several times, but still their attitude never improved. Will not be returning.

Honestly this is one of my favorite restaurants I loved it as a kid and I still do love it. Amazing food and great service! Highly recommend this place!!

Waitress was haliarous

The young blonde lady seemed more interested in her phone. Picked up my order walked by her twice, finally I said 'have a great day'. She never looked up and said 'you too'. Can't remember ever having this happen at any Schlotskys in any state. Hoping it's not a trend

I love this place all the way down to the staff and food.

I love schlotzsky's, but this location always seemed to suck a little more than the one on Academy. However the last time I was in (about a week ago) the food was great even got some broccoli chedder soup that gives Panera a run for there money expecially if you like cheese.

Food as great as all the other schlotzskys, went during a slow time, fast service.

Honestly, i am never disappointed and i love there food.

Terrible. Went here for lunch, my friend ordered soup and it came to the table cold. We sent it back and they microwaved the same soup only this time it was mildly warm. The sandwich was awful as well. The price you pay is not worth the food quality and I wished I would have gone to subway.

Their bread is the best... I wish one was closer to me here in Denver

This is the place for a great sandwich made just as you like it. The ingredients are always fresh and taste great, the service is fast and efficient, and the view of the mountains is there if you wish to look out the windows while dining. Their iced tea is brewed not instant thus tastes much better.

Love their Pastrami and swiss but they need to listen better. I asked for regular mustard they give me the season one I asked for extra pickles I get none but the food is great especially the broccoli cheese soup

Great selection of sandwiches, salads, soups and pizzas with friendly staff and good prices. The atmosphere is complemented by the delicious scent of freshly baked Cinnabon.

Usually fantastic. We are regular customers. Today we had to sit through Danielle the employee going on a rant to a customer about how great Donald Trump is (okay whatever) and how all democrats are losers and all want a handout and refugees just want a paycheck and all democrats are stupid etc etc etc. It was about five minutes of her personal views while working on the clock. Lots of insults and snark. I'm down with having opinions. But I don't think her job is the place to air them, especially when she's in the hospitality industry. It was pretty nasty and hateful rhetoric, and honestly we probably won't be back since we don't know when she's likely to be there and it kind of ruins ones appetite.

The food is great. I ordered and sandwich with no lettuce, they sent it to me with lettuce on it. It was clear they found out after putting it on and they tried to get it off but couldn't. So I sent it back asking for no lettuce. They came right back and said the girl said this doesn't have lettuce on it. So I then asked the girl why would I say it had lettuce and it and it not. So I showed her the lettuce. Needless to say everybody was almost done eating at my table before we got back the sandwich. They did give us $5.00 off for the next time, but that didn't make any of it better. They even blamed it on the fact that they have 2 new people that day. Like seriously just admit you messed up please. Stuff happens!
